Like every business, we have terms and policies for how to conduct our business. Please review the policies below before and after making your purchase. When you complete your purchase with us, you acknowledge that you agree to these policies.

For example, for the security of your online visit to our Websites, we may make use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and/or authentication procedures. Any personal information you save on our Website through your online account, including your debit or credit card, and other financial information, will be stored on secure designated servers, accessible only to those who require it in order to process your order and payment. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, Shia Wear cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may notify you under such circumstances using the email address you provided to us when you registered with our Websites.
II. Sale
A) All sales are final through our website.
B) When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. All purchases from the Site are made pursuant to shipment conditions, by accepting these terms and conditions through your use of the Site.
C) We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
D) The merchandise sold through the Site is intended to comply with U.S laws and regulations. If you are a non-U.S based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the U.S.
E) Merchandise availability on our Site is not guaranteed as it may be low in stock. If merchandise is not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. If you ordered a product that is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
F) Once your order has been received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number through USPS or preferred shipping services, Shia Wear no longer takes responsibility of your shipment. If you experience any issues, you must contact the shipping company. Shia Wear will not be responsible for any lost or damage packages after it has left Shia Wear’s warehouse.
G) The Site sells products to retail consumers only. You shall not use the Site to purchase products for re-sale or export. In addition, we do not accept orders from any resellers, dealers, exporters, or distributors who may resell the products offered by us.
